Laminated Back Numbers - Youth Group Fundraiser

The Youth Group will be selling laminated back numbers again this year as a fundraiser and service to our club members.

For only $10, you will receive two laminated back numbers of your choice (range: 1 to 999) that you can use throughout the entire show season. Numbers are assigned per horse and rider/handler combination; therefore a separate number will need to be purchased for each combination. If the horse is five years old and younger, the number will be printed on yellow paper as specified in the FQHR Rule Book.

These numbers are valid for all OkFQHR shows only (not the Round-Up and Review). Numbers are good for one show season only. If you purchased a number last year, you must purchase it again this year.

To purchase a number send the following information to Lisa Anderson at running_a@fullnet.net. Fees will be collected at the show.
Rider’s Name Horse’s Name Is horse 5 and under? Number you want.

If you want your number at the May show, requests must be made no later than May 1. Requests received after May 1 will be delivered to the June show. No numbers will be mailed.
