Are you creative and love to have a good time? Make a centerpiece for the banquet. The centerpieces will be given away as door prizes. If you can join the fun and donate a homemade or store bought centerpiece for the tables at the banquet please contact Jack Leitner @ 405-375-6657, leave your name and how many centerpieces you will bring. We need around 25 centerpieces.

2010 Stallion Auction Donation Contract is now available under the SSA menu item. Auction starts on January 1, 2010 so don't delay to get your stallion involved.

NRHA Futurity is Nov. 26-Dec. 5 at the OK State Fairgrounds. Our youth organization will have the opportunity to sell tickets to this as a direct 100% profit to the club. Tickets at the gate sell for $8. We will offer them at $6. Please order advance tickets so we know how many to order. We will be offering tickets at Bentley Gafford in Cowtown, Nicolosi Animal Hospital at 4015 NW 23rd, or the Red Stone Inn B&B at 3101 NE 50 (just east of I-35) the week of the Futurity. Please order advance tickets 405-427-0383 or redstonebb@aol.com. I can take credit cards for $6.50 per ticket (only advance tickets). The performances we will have available tickets are Th. Nov. 26, Fri. Nov. 27, Sat. Nov. 28, Mon. Nov. 30, Tu. Dec. 1, Wed. Dec. 2, Th. Dec. 3-DAY, Dec. 3- EVENING, Fri. Dec. 4-DAY, and Sat. Dec. 5-DAY. Please notice we will not have the opportunity to sell for all performances. Youth if you need tickets to sell in your communities, let me know and I will send them to you.

This year we are offering an electronic version of the newsletter as an option to our membership. If you sign up for this option, you will receive your copy in your e-mail inbox, in PDF format, the same day it is sent to the printers. (Everyone else will receive it up to five days later!) You can read it online or print it yourself to read it the "old fashioned" way.

As postage and printing costs increase, signing up for the electronic version will help your club conserve its financial resources and use them more effectively to serve the membership. Of course, if you prefer receiving your newsletter via "snail-mail", no action is needed. You will continue to receive your newsletter as long as your membership is current.
