Rules:

1. Sale agreements are between the buyer and the seller; OkFQHR claims no responsibility for the accuracy of the information pertaining to the sale. This is ONLY a listing of contacts.
2. To be listed horses must be sired by an eligible stallion and under the age of five years old.
3. It is not necessary for horses to be nominated to the Stakes program to be listed.
4. Verifying foundation eligibility is the responsibility of the buyer and posting the foal on our site does not mean that the foal has been verified as foundation.
5. It is also the buyer's responsibility to verify the stallion's eligibility in the Stakes program.
6. Ads will be posted for 60 days with option to extend the posting with updated pictures and information.
7. There is no limit on the number of pictures per foal.

BEFORE Placing a Listing

When placing a listing, please keep these things in mind:

1) Once the owner is listed, you do NOT need to enter the information again. Doing so will screw up the database.

2) Once the foal is listed, you do NOT need to enter the information again. Doing so will screw up the database.

3) Once the pedigree is listed, you do NOT need to enter the information again. Doing so will screw up the database.

4) If you have photos, please email them to Bobby Duncan PRIOR to listing yourself and your foal.

5) If you wish to edit your owner, foal or pedigree information, please contact Bobby Duncan and a link will be emailed to you.
